Covid-19 Protocols

COVID-19 Protocols and Policy

New Safety Protocols

KBM-Hogue is doing our part to reduce the spread COVID-19 as we resume business operations.  While our team remains productive and creative working remote, our support of clients’ goals requires work be done in the field and in our showrooms; additionally, we are in a creative and visual industry, in-person interaction is an important part of our commitment to our clients and partners.

KBM-Hogue has protocols, procedures and guidelines for resumption and reentry that ensure we and our employees comply with CDC, OSHA, State and local guidelines and best-practices to retain a focus on health and well-being; these will be updated as guidelines and requirements change.

Companywide

We developed companywide and worksite-specific guidelines to enable employees to return to the workplace, including:

  • Shift-based work schedules to reduce the number of occupants on-site each day

  • Physical distancing tools including wayfinding, demarcation for physically distant seating and designated areas for employees and guests alike

  • New safe workplace products including sanitation stations and work screens

  • Regular cleaning and sanitization

  • Communication of, and compliance with, building management protocols

In Our Showrooms

As each county moves into the next stages of SIP, we developed location-specific guidelines to ensure safety and clarity when coming into our showrooms.  In addition to the above Companywide protocols, when guests visit, our guest protocol includes:

  • Advanced notification and approval of all guest visits

  • Limited number of individuals in the space at any given time, with information on guests’ names and organization names; and reduced on-site staff on the day of guest visits

  • Use of hand sanitizer and sanitization products before and after visits

  • Use of face coverings (single-use face coverings are available for guests)

  • Physical distancing practices and tools, including wayfinding

  • No food or beverages will be served

In the Field

We developed and now employ baseline field safety protocols for working at project sites.  These protocols and procedures also follow CDC, OSHA, State, local and site-specific guidelines, these will remain in-place and enforceable and will vary by specific site.

We remain committed to never compromising our clients’ and partners’ goals, as well as never compromising safety and health.  Working together, we will continue to stay healthy and stay creative.
